1. Accepted Payment Methods

At Voxlin, we provide secure and convenient payment options for our US and international customers.

We accept the following payment methods at checkout:

  • Digital Wallets & Express Checkout: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal
  • Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL): Affirm / Klarna (subject to credit approval at checkout)

Note: Available payment options will be clearly presented during checkout prior to payment authorization.

2. Secure Payment Processing & Data Safety

All transactions processed on our website are handled using Shopify Payments and certified third‑party gateways.

  • SSL Encryption: Our store uses 256-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to protect all sensitive data transmissions.
  • PCI DSS Compliance: Payment gateways maintain Level 1 PCI DSS security standards.
  • No Payment Data Storage: Voxlin does not store, retain, or have access to your full credit card details or bank credentials.

3. Billing Currency & Foreign Exchange

Primary Currency: All prices, fees, and transactions are processed in United States Dollars ($ USD).

Currency Conversion: If you use a non-USD credit card or bank account, your financial institution will automatically convert the amount based on their prevailing exchange rates. Voxlin is not responsible for any international transaction fees or currency conversion surcharges assessed by your bank.

4. Sales Tax & Total Charges

Sales Tax: Applicable state and local sales taxes will be calculated and collected automatically at checkout based on your delivery address, in compliance with US state tax regulations.

No Hidden Fees: The final order summary shown before payment completion includes the item price, applicable shipping costs, and sales tax. We do not apply any undisclosed surcharges.

5. Fraud Prevention & Order Verification

To safeguard customer transactions and mitigate risk:

  • We reserve the right to verify billing and shipping details prior to order fulfillment.
  • Your billing address must match the information registered with your card issuing bank.
  • If a payment is declined or flagged by our security systems, please recheck your entry or contact your issuing bank for assistance.

6. Payment Timing & Order Confirmation

Immediate Authorization: Your card or chosen payment method will be charged immediately upon order submission.

Order Receipt: Once your payment is successfully authorized, an immediate email confirmation containing your order receipt will be sent.

7. Refunds, Chargebacks, and Returns

All approved refunds for order cancellations or eligible returns will be credited back exclusively to the original payment method used during purchase.
